1 year and 3 days ago I was injured in a diving accident and it wasn't until 1 year ago today that I woke up. I have made incredible progress which could not be possible without the love and support from family and friends. I would like to thank everyone that was there for me whether in spirit or in person, through prayers or hope. I am overwhelmed with the amount of support from everyone. Thank you so much.

Hello everyone! Sorry it's been awhile, I have been doing lots of work.  I've recently changed facilities and moved to the Shepherd center in Georgia where I am undergoing some very intense therapy.  First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone that has been supporting me thus far.  I am making huge strides at a top notch facility.  There are some days when it gets very hard and difficult.  However due to what was taught to me by Grandmaster Ameris, I am able to keep going and persevere.  Lately I have become more independent with high hopes of a full recovery.  I could not have come as far as I have without the love and support from my family, close friends, and Courtney.

Hey everyone! I appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers. I also wanted to thank those who come and visit me to keep me company. Since my rehab schedule is so packed, could you please contact me ahead of time? This just makes things easier, but I look forward to seeing you all. Thanks again!

Hello everyone!  I wanted to take the time to thank everyone who is contributing.  The "Warrior Mike Project" was such a shock to me and makes me want to push harder to get out of this situation with flying colors.  This is such a motivating factor and I can not express my gratitude for all of you.   During these trials and tribulations, I am learning what is truly important: family, friends, and of course Courtney.  I am maintaining a good attitude and it is a direct result of my supporters.  One of the main things that I took from this situation was a quote from my brother Cori, "God only gives you what you can handle...so this injury is a sign that you are strong enough to overcome this."  I have taken this to heart and made this my philosophy throughout my recovery.  All of your help and kind words make me stronger and stronger each day.

God bless,

Mike Fraser
